An account of its processing stages: in an informal setting, under the supervision of experienced cooks,  you also have the option of preparing some pasta, hand-made egg past, tagliatelle and stuffed pasta yourself using home-grown ingredients.

This happens in the kitchen of a medieval castle, in the hills that surround the city, where it's possible to taste hand-made pasta with local tomato sauce.
