The eye immediately catches a rich buffet corner
devoted to typical appetizers and starters; the table gets even richer
as newly baked bread is served. Hand-made pasta, Chiana Valley meat or
skilfully cooked fresh fish dressed in delicious local olive oil served
together with an unprecedented ample selection of wines, 270 labels from
all over Italy.
For those who are fond of cheese, we serve a large
selection ranging from goat milk to fresh and/or matured cheeses, all
garnished with different types of honey. The cake trolley, all of which
are home-made, is a “cornucopia” of delicious smells and flavours
accompanied by vintage spirits, such as whiskies, cognacs, calvados,
armagnacs and so on.
